  Poor - I booked and prepaid a transfer through Viator with Rimo Tours. Someone was supposed to be waiting for me with a sign but no-one was there. Then a man approached... read more me with my name on his cellphone. He said my car was delayed in traffic but would be there soon. The driver arrived and took me to my hotel (he had the name and address). The problem occurred at the hotel when the driver told me I hadn't paid. He called his supervisor and I talked to the woman who said they had no record of me paying. The woman also had my correct reference number. Whe I contacted Viator to complain, they contacted Rimo and Rimo said I'd been a no-show. What I think happened is when I was late getting out of Customs my Rimo driver sold my booking information to the person at the airport who approached me. While Rimo may be a good company, all their drivers may not be reputable. Beware of this scam.
