We arrived at the airport... read more well in advance and as we got off the car I realised that I left my backpack at the hotel !!! Our driver ,Bassam mahmoud was our saviour, called the hotel , arranged for my backpack to be delivered to airport and the most humane , friendly, kind thing was he stayed at the airport until the bag was delivered. I have no words to express my gratitude. So knowing only from my experience with Bassam, I believe the company's standards when it comes to the drivers as set very high and therefore I highly recommend them and especially Bassam.
