  We booked our transfer from Hotel to airport with this company! The driver arrived well presented, very polite and professional and with English punctuality. We arrived at the airport... read more well in advance and as we got off the car I realised that I left my backpack at the hotel !!! Our driver ,Bassam mahmoud was our saviour, called the hotel , arranged for my backpack to be delivered to airport and the most humane , friendly, kind thing was he stayed at the airport until the bag was delivered. I have no words to express my gratitude. So knowing only from my experience with Bassam, I believe the company's standards when it comes to the drivers as set very high and therefore I highly recommend them and especially Bassam.
