Introduction
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and applies to all our services directly or indirectly (through suppliers). By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy policy).
“Service Provider” means the provider of accommodation, tours, transportation, activities, and other travel or related product or service.
“Service Reservation” means the order, purchase, payment, booking or reservation one of our services.
Through our websites or any other platforms owned by us, we sell/promote or offer products/services provided by us or by any other Service Provider and visitors of the platforms can discover, compare, and book these products/services.
By using the website and booking a service reservation, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Service Provider (weather Rimo Tours or any other provider) with which you make a reservation or purchase a product or service. All information about products/services are based on the information provided to us by the Service Provider, they are fully responsible for updating all rates/fees/prices, availability, policies & conditions, and other relevant information which is displayed on our Platforms. We are not able to verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors; however, we offer some types of compensations in specific cases in case of any error caused from a false information.
Prices offered by our Service Providers are highly competitive and including all Sales Taxes, VAT, and all other applicable taxes (unless stated differently on the platform or in the confirmation e-mail). As we want you to pay the lowest price possible for your product and service we have published our new “Price Match Guarantee” condition, where we will match our rate with any lower rate you find online on a similar website. This condition is valid only under the following conditions

By making a Service Reservation, you herby accept and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy of that service or product provided by the Service Provider. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each service/product is available on our platforms, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please not that certain rates, fees or special offers may be subject to a non-refundable policy and may not be eligible for cancellation, refund or change. Please check the reservation details of the service or product before making your reservation. If you wish to manage or cancel your Service Reservation, please get in touch with our customer support team through the e-mail, 24/7 phones or through the live chat. Please note that in some cases you may be charged for your cancellation or no-show policy.
If you have late or delayed arrival, make sure to communicate with us so we can adjust your Service time accordingly. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee charged by our Service Providers.
By completing a Service Reservation, you herby agree to receive emails from us related to the services you booked or offers (including third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your Service Reservation and destination. Also other emails to rate your experience with your Service Provider and the booked service or product. In order to complete and secure your Service Reservation, you need to use a correct email address and phone number, we are not responsible or liable for any wrong/misspelled email addresses or incorrect/wrong phone number or credit card number.
Any complaints against Rimo Tours or In regards of the Service Reservation must be submitted within 30 days from the day of the completion of the service (i.e checkout date, pickup date, etc). Any complaints submitted after the 30 days period may be rejected and Rimo Tours will not be liable for any damage or compensation costs.
Kindly note that If your tour includes Flight or Hotel booking then It will be subject to the cancellation policy of the Airline/Accommodation provider. Cancellation policies may vary from Service Provider to another, so please carefully check the cancellation policy before booking.
These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by the Egyptian law. Any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
